Warranty

All items come with a 12 month warranty. Email us at help@sohgentcabelle.com with the original receipt to have your jewelry repaired or replaced.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
